Thread: My postings are being restricted.

I got the following message with my posts today (twice):

Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting. You will now be taken back to the forum. If you opted to post a poll, you will now be allowed to do so.

Any idea why? I was able to post some messages, but not the ones I wanted. I ended up editing a post to get my info in...

Oups, I forgot to reply to this post earlier. Sorry about that.

Sometime the spam detector tagged as suspicious some posts (usually the ones with links or the ones with words that appeared in previous spam messages). Since spammers are now "hiding" their spams urls by copying text from real threads/posts, it happens more often to have a 100% spam-free post being tagged as suspicious :-/

I'm getting the same - will the post eventually get moderated and show up? It's been about 24hours so far...

I don't know why it would be flagged as spam. Is it because I multiquote?

I'm still waiting for my post from last night to show up in hardware / advice selecting cpu memory m3n78-vm.

It is very difficult to understand why vbulletin tag as spam such posts/threads. It can be due to the use of hyperlinks, the words, the poster's IP, etc.
I am the only one that goes through the restricted posts so depending of time, work etc. I don't always see them and sometimes I can miss them, so whenever someone got his posts restricted, one should not hesitate to PM me to make sure I can review it once I log in...
