    Default M2nPV-VM SPDIF audio help? – 11-22-2007,12:53 AM
    Anyone else using a M2NPV-VM motherboard (Analog Devices AD1986A sound)? AC3 passthrough works no problem but any other audio does not work. I cannot get CD's or any sound files to play through SPDIF to my receiver.

    I can play DVD's or watch TV with AC3 but nothing else works.

    Any help?

    Mine works. I had lots of problems with alsa setup in the past. At one point it was the same situation as you described.

    I think I fixed it by reinstalling/upgrading KnoppMyth recently...
