Live TV has blue tinge. –
09-23-2006,10:51 AM Hi,
when I'm watching TV, the screen has a blue tinge. How can I adjust the color settings?
I think it has something to do with the xv output. When I record a movie and watch the recording with e.g. mplayer, the colors are ok.
Regards

09-23-2006,10:22 PM If you are using the internal (default) player you can use the "F" key to step through the video and audio adjustable components, including color and hue. Use the left and right arrow keys to change the value.

09-23-2006,11:08 PM How do I know, if I'm using the internal player? How can I configure this? If I press "F" nothing happens.

10-02-2006,05:40 PM Are you using an Intel graphics card by any chance? If so there's a fix for that been submitted to trac under ticket number #2241. MythTV 0.20-fixes revision 11372 onwards should have the fix, but to use that you'll probably need to build it from source.
I'm gone baby.

10-03-2006,10:53 AM I have a ATI radeon 9550. I am using xorg 7.0 and ATI drivers 8.27.10. Everything is ok, when I'm watching videos with mplayer.

10-03-2006,01:10 PM I changed my ATI configuration. I deactivated TexturedVideo and activated VideoOverlay in xorg.conf. Now it works fine.
