Thread: Kworld ATSC 110 - Recording SD AFTER HD

Hello everyone.. I've recently started over with a fresh install of Debian Etch and Myth from SVN. I did this as my Ubuntu / MythTV .20 stable did not have the "Analog" options for my ATSC 110 card when using it as a DVB card. The problem I am now having is that once an HD program has been recorded or tuned, SD will record as static (with an occasional blip of picture). In addition, these recordings are using an .mpg extension rather than the usual .nuv extension for SD (analog, non-hw encoded) shows. If I run the frontend and tune to a SD channel or two, it will start working, and any scheduled shows will record normally (including the .nuv extension).

Have any of you run into anything similar? I'm sure i'm in a fairly unique boat with the ATSC 110 card...

Ok, so it looks like I may have been wrong about the original problem. I let it go last night... I had several SD shows set to record. Every other one recorded fine. The ones that didn't are a black screen with static for audio. All of the recordings have the .nuv extension this time as well.
