MythTVtalk.com is already 5-year old! Happy Birthday to us!

Hi all,

I am delighted to wish MythTVtalk.com and all its members a happy 5th birthday!

I can't believe that we are already 5-year old and almost reaching 10,000 members... The amount of registration did slow down last year but it is mainly due to the fact that installing MythTV is now very easy and straightforward... Gone are the days when you were spending hours and hours just to get the basic backend/frontend working

Anyway, I really would like to thanks the handful of members who donated last year to cover the hosting costs for 2008 that's mainly thanks to them that I have been able to keep the board running. I also would like to thank the dozen of very helpful and regular members that make these forums friendly and helpful!

To sum up, thanks a lot to every single member as it is you who keeps this board running and I hope that I will be able to celebrate the 6th birthday together!
