pci interrupt link [LNKA] etc disabled

hello, when following the installation manual and doing a 'dmesg |grep -i irq | grep -i disabl' I get several errors like :
PCI interrupt link [LNKA] disabled
PCI interrupt link [LNKB] disabled
PCI interrupt link [LAUI] disabled
PCI interrupt link [LKMO] disabled
PCI interrupt link [LKSM disabled
PCI interrupt link [LTIE] disabled
serial 8250/16550 driver $version 1.90 $4ports IRQ sharing disabled

kernel is gentoo linux 2.6.20-r8 and hw is a hauppage pvr500 mce tv-card

how can I correct this
