Abit iL-90MV
Intel Pentium D 805 2.66GHz
OCZ 1024MB PC4200 DDR2 533MHz Memory

For HD playback, it's recommended to use a 3.0+Ghz Intel
You'll want more hard drive space for HD recordings. They average about 5GB/hr

Just an opinion.

I considered pcHDTV Hd5500, but rejected it for two reasons. It has both ATSC and NTSC tuners. 1) As far as I know you can only use 1 at a time. 2) Reviewing the pcHDTV website http://www.pchdtv.com/forum/index.php?c=5 you will find a lot of posts relating to problems with the NTSC tuner installation. (My main focus was HDTV so it didn't want the NTSC distraction.

I'm fairly certain that processor will work since it's dual core. And for the tuner I recommend the Kworld ATSC-110. It has all the same features as the HD-5500 for about $50 less.

It should. It's just a regular PCI card and it looks like the Fusion has 3 full height slots.
