no video when going from live tv to watching a recording

I've been having a problem with mythtv. I can watch live tv without any problems but if I'm watching tv then go to watch a show I recorded there is sound but all I get on screen is a black screen with a big 1 on it and no video. I get this error:

ProgramInfo, Error: GetPlaybackURL: '1136_20100111123000.mpg' should be local, but it can not be found.

Also if I start mythtv and go directly into media library and set up a playlist the first video will play with no problem but then when the next recorded show starts I get a screen with a big 1 on it no video but the show's sound plays.

Is this some sort of mysql error?

I'm using sabayon 5.1 with a silicon dust tuner and the version of mythtv is mythtv-0.22_p23069

I solved this problem by using the python script to optimize mythdb. So if you're having this problem to just do that and it should work.
