Site Outage: Technicians are on it...

Morning,
ok that's not the best start of the day as I woke up with the site down... I emailed the technicians and I got this answer:

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It appears that this machine has mounted is /usr ( sda2 ) partition as read only. Our datacenter technicians will schedule a hardware check on this machine shortly, sorry for the inconveniences caused and thank you for your patience and cooperation which is much appreciated.

As you can read it does not say much :( And I am not sure why this happened anyway... Be assured that I will monitor that closely at the week-end. It is the first 4hour outage in more than 5 months so I guess it is acceptable but I do not want such things to happen often! In all the cases, we should expect a new one when the technicians will be checking the hardware :(
btw, I already noticed a problem yesterday to access the site. It was due to a rush of more than 100 users at the same time plus Google and Yahoo spidering us, all combined created problems...
I will keep you posted and let's hope the site will not be down again in a close future!

Ok, the site is back online...
Here is the message I got from the hosting:

The machine has experienced a hardware failure which has resulted in disruption of service to those sites which are hosted on this machine.
At this time, we are moving forward with a restoration of the live data and as such we do not anticipate any loss of data once the machine has been restored on brand new hardware.
We do not have an ETA for the restoration of service at present, however we will endeavor to keep this thread updated with any further progress.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unscheduled and unfortunate event. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter please contact our Customer Service team.
The yesterday problem was linked to this one.
We now have brand new hardware behind MythTVtalk.com so let's hope the server will not experience further problems...
I apologize for the 5 hours downtime and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
